Challenge Gravel Grinder Pro Handmade Tubeless-ready (HTLR) Tire

Tubeless tire technology continues to improve and now Challenge takes it to another level with their new line of handmade tubeless-ready (HTLR) tires for gravel racing. For riders who demand the highest possible performance from their tires in events like the Garmin Unbound, Steamboat Gravel, or Mid South.

The new Gravel Grinder Pro handmade tubeless-ready tire is worthy of use by pros and enthusiast amateurs alike. This version is 700x36 and features black tread with beautiful tan sidewalls.

Fast-rolling center section with edge knobs for cornering

The tread on the gravel grinder will look familiar to fans of Challenge cyclocross tires; the fast-rolling diamond center section is reminiscent of a Chicane or Dune, while the aggressive shoulder knobs for cornering echo the Limus.

Upgraded, handmade "Pro" version of the Gravel Grinder

Compared with the Challenge Gravel Grinder Vulcanized TLR tires, this new Pro handmade tubeless-ready version more than doubles the threads-per-inch to 260 TPI, yielding a more supple tire that better conforms to obstacles, rolls faster, and provides a better feel. There's also a PPS2 double-layer anti-puncture belt underneath the tread to reduce the chance of a race-ending flat tire. 

Tubeless-ready

This tire is designed for use on tubeless-ready wheels with liquid sealant, like Stan's NoTubes or Challenge's own Smart sealant. Challenge's Corazza Armor provides improved sidewall protection and resistance to abrasion.
