These clips can accommodate one, or two shifter/brake cables routed underneath them for a super clean look. They'll work with oversized, modern 31.8mm diameter handlebars (by clamping where the bar diameter tapers down, where the tape ends) or on old-school non-oversized bars too. 

Each clip is held in place using a tiny Phillips screw.
